Accenture Senior Manager, Technology Business Management in Irving, Texas

Job Description

At Accenture Transformation Excellence practitioners will shape, mobilize and execute a Transformation Journey with our clients. A candidate should have the ability to individually create solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas, while being able to develop solutions in a collaborative basis with the client including advising/co-creating the solutions.

The Work:

  • Lead large, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic and large-scale complex transformations across strategy, business, technology domains to achieve business value.

  • Represent the solution in conversation with Operating Group Leaders and Owners.

  • Drive the necessary technology delivery sign-off on solutions with proper input from the Operating Groups on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences.

  • Work with the Operating Group Sales Team and Subject Matter Experts as required during the sales process; communicate/collaborate with delivery organization(s).

  • Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial, and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services.

  • Collaborate with the Operating Groups to provide input to Terms and Conditions, and in some cases, be accountable for specific contractual Terms and Conditions.

  • Work with Technology Leadership to identify Points of Contact for delivery. Where appropriate, lead stabilization efforts on client deals.

    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Must Have for the Role:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Finance or Financial Management.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience with Apptio.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and managing an effective cross functional Technology Business Management (TBM) operating model that establish governance, adoption, and lifecycle management of IT and Technology planning and cost transparency.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working at a consulting firm.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing project teams and mentoring junior staff.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 14 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 12 years work experience).

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • MBA or Master Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
