Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Irvine, California. The primary function of this role is to oversee and manage various accounting activities. This includes processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit

• Handle customer credit inquiries and resolve any issues that arise

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly

• Implement appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments

• Utilize accounting software systems to perform job functions

• Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with US GAAP

• Handle billing functions and ensure accuracy in records

• Utilize bilingual skills in English and Mandarin in communication and interaction with stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Extensive knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Auditing and Billing Functions

• In-depth understanding of US GAAP

• Fluency in Chinese language is a plus

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
