HVAC Technician - 1st Shift

Job Description

As a HVAC Technician, you will be expected to conduct hands-on repair and maintenance work on various systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, card access, door & gates, building envelope, grounds and parking lots, interior finish systems, and lighting systems. The role also entails performing preventive maintenance and service work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to keep the properties in optimal operational condition. You will identify energy saving opportunities at the facilities, including system and operational modifications that can reduce the property’s energy consumption. The position also involves routine building maintenance, plumbing, and other tasks.

Hard Skills

• HVAC rooftop unit experience

• EPA Universal

• Boiler, pumps, valves, piping and filter experience

Soft Skills

• Ability to independently plan work assignments

• Ability to perform duties with a minimum of direct supervision

• Ability to assist as a helper in other trades and in the general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds
