Keyfactor, Inc. Federal Security Compliance Analyst in Independence, Ohio

Title: Federal Security Compliance Analyst Location: Remote; Eastern U.S. Experience: Mid-Level Job Function: Compliance Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Computer Network & Security About the position The Security Compliance Analyst position will join our Keyfactor Federal / FedRAMP team to act as a focal point for policy and procedure related tasks for Federal and Commercial clients leveraging our FedRAMP Cloud Service Offering. This individual will be directly accountable for the success of their projects, expected to be primarily internal to Keyfactor or with external business partners such as audit firms and the FedRAMP Program Management Office. Success will be measured by correct and on-time project completion, achievement of Keyfactor corporate and personal goals and objectives, and development of Keyfactor and customer relationships. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status. Responsibilities Develop and maintain all policies related to the Keyfactor Federal tenant Monitor the US federal policies for any posted updates/modifications Regular attendance in internal team calls and video conferences, taking lead on communicating detailed policy and procedures information between various Keyfactor teams Creates, maintains, and distributes project specific communications to key stakeholders Routine monitoring and updating of project notes and technical work items to ensure prioritization of tasks and achievement of outcomes and compliance with FedRAMP policies and controls Participate as a leader within the Keyfactor Federal organization, driving positive change and growth by establishing and/or updating practices, templates, policies, and tools to mature our cloud-based capabilities and offerings. Skills and Qualifications Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management, project management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills Ability to build strong relationships, lead, and develop team members Strong understanding of the FedRAMP Program, Policies and Controls Strong understanding of technology such as software, networking, and system development Experience managing/interacting with 3rd party reseller/providers Preferred: Experience managing large US Government or Commercial Enterprise deployments with cloud-based solutions Preferred: PMI or PMP certification Preferred: Background of software/technical project management Preferred: Working knowledge of Salesforce, SmartSheet, MS Project, Visio Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience.
