Job Title: Senior Support Analyst

Location: Huntsville, AL

Job Description:

Early to mid-level engineer, project manager, or experienced military veteran who is knowledgeable in EW, programmatic support, project management and leadership. FTE to assist government in developing, maintaining, briefing, and working with stakeholders on I-Plan efforts across Space, Cog EW, I-plan pillars and Threat M*S. Collaboration and communication a must.

Responsibilities:

• SETA-Like Duties for I Plan Support
• Become technically fluent in I-Plan development
• Attend weekly virtual or in-person I-Plan meetings with TETRA and TandE teams
• Generate minutes of the meeting
• Document action items/gaps
• Keep TETRA and DOTandE development team on track to address action items
• Participate in weekly virtual meetings between I-Plan development team and TETRA
• Maintain and update I-plan road map
• Assist in maintaining I-plan road maps to include unfunded requirements
• Participate in in-person I-Plan User's meetings
• Participate in the virtual I-Plan Leadership meetings
• Coordinate w/ TETRAA and Pillar leads and analysts on I-plan developments
• Attend and participate in any I-Plan development meeting with I-plan analysts
• Document any issues and provide feedback to TETRA leadership team
• Attend annual in-person I-plan meetings
• Attend quarterly in-person I-Plan IPRs
• Conduct oversight of I-plan contracts
• Ensure spend rates are on target
• Ensure deliverables are satisfied and on schedule

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Operational Research, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science
• 10+yrs experience that involved performing highly complex analysis of operational activities for decision making and planning.
