Job Title:Mid-Level Modeling and Simulation Engineer / Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Willbrook Solutions is seeking a mid-level Modeling and Simulation Engineer/Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and perform intelligence data evaluation, analysis, and design for advanced conventional weapon systems. The candidate will work on a team that will focus its efforts on modeling, simulation, static analysis, and dynamic analysis of foreign threat systems using high fidelity simulations to support weapon system analysis. The system analysis will be used to generate highly detailed technical reports and presentations to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:

Perform detailed modeling and simulation (MandS) of highly advanced foreign surface-to-air missiles. Utilize state of the art computer technology, computer modeling, spreadsheet applications, software tools, and programming languages to develop MandS and analytical tools. Analyze data and conducts advanced statistical analyses and applies mathematical calculations. Serve on a team of MandS engineers with responsibility to code and develop missile simulations for complex air defense high fidelity missile models. Communicates and collaborates effectively and efficiency with other highly technical government and contractor engineers assigned to the complex project. Presents findings and recommendations to MandS Subgroup Lead. Prepares input to written reports and other documentation. Works directly with engineers in other disciplines to utilize advanced reverse engineering techniques and concepts.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must be U.S. citizen

``` - Ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance

``` - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technical field with at least 8 years of experience

``` - Experience using C, C++, MATLAB, Python, Simulink, or other MandS programming languages. - Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills - Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with experts from varied disciplines. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly communicate in simple, easily understood terms.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Intel experience/background
• Software-in-the-loop and/or Hardware-in-the-loop modeling and simulation
• Experience with foreign weapon systems, including advanced radars, missiles, or command and control (C2) systems
