Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for a Digital Content Specialist. We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to interact with our customers and employees and promote our products on social networks. The Digital Content Specialist responsibilities include filming and photographing events and products, editing photo and video content, designing creative and relevant social media posts, updating company social media pages, tracking user engagement, etc. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent web content writing skills and prior experience with video editing. Ultimately, you will ensure that the company maintains a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open positions and product releases)
  • Create appealing images and videos to complement text
  • Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audiences behaviors
  • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares)
  • Apply advertising techniques to boost employee engagement, like promotions and competitions
  • Update our social media pages with compelling company news
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections with employees and doctors
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Required experience:

  • Excellent camera and video editing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of social networking and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and relationship oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
