Brightstar Care of Huntington Beach is looking for Registered Nurses for Infusions in the North Orange County and Long Beach areas. Home infusions is a growing area and and is a great way to build a flexible schedule with as few or as many hours as you would like! This is a great opportunity for an RN with excellent infusion skills to work with a Joint Commission Accredited agency! Build you own schedule; 2, 4, and 6 hour Infusions! Pick up one Shift, or five shifts a week! Infusion Registered Nurse / RN Job Duties include: * Infusions in the home environment * Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act * Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes * Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill * Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws * Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs Infusion Registered Nurses / RNs will enjoy the following Benefits: * Variety of assignments, procedures and treatments * Flexible schedules * Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home * One to one patient care * Working with a Joint Commission accredited agency * Training opportunities with infusion companies * Weekly pay with direct deposit option * Referral bonus Position Requirements: * Current and unrestricted RN license in California * 2+ years’ experience on your license * Proof of eligibility to work in the US * Reliable car / auto insurance * Clean background and criminal record * Current CPR/BLS * Recent Physical, TB/Chest X-ray on record Experience preferred: Peripheral IV starts/maintenance & IV Infusion Therapy Injection and self-infusion training, Phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients, CVAD experience a bonus but not required.
