System Completions Coordinator – Commissioning

KBR is looking for a System Completions Coordinator – Commissioning to be responsible for collecting and inputting information from the Engineering Disciplines into Completion Management System (CMS).
This is for a FUTURE OPPORTUNITY and the role will start in Houston, TX and then mobilize to site in Oklahoma
The System Completions Coordinator – Commissioning will compile and input engineering data by System and Subsystem, itemize basic functions, equipment checks, etc. This position will define check and test sheets to be used for Construction Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Final Handover of the Capital Project. System Completions Coordinator – Commissioning will report to Senior Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Startup and Operations PC-CSO Manager.
Home Office Responsibilities:
- Generation of procedures involving completion management system and Handover of the Capital Project
Site Responsibilities:
Track all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and the generation of all handover dossiers in close coordination with the Technical Services Manager and Quality Manager
Centralize and maintain records of the Project Temporary and Final Documentation handed over
Ensure that Ready for Start-up dossier is auditable, particularly all certification books
Review and comment on the set of procedures for commissioning organization and management, incl. technical aspects
Ensure that Completion Management System (CMS) is well prepared and validated for Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning
Ensure that all FAT carry-over punch-lists are consolidated. In general, ensure the coherence and consistency of Punch-Lists
Provide information to Commissioning Site Leaders for activities follow-up during all phases of Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning
Ensure accuracy of progress information provided to Commissioning Manager
Assist with setting of priorities for global optimization of commissioning works schedule
Issue periodic progress reports for Management follow-up
Manage the administration of the Project Punchlist in close coordination with the Construction team
Audit the content of the Handover Dossiers to ensure their completeness during the various stages of transition
Input information from the Engineering Registers into Completion Management System (CMS)
Track all commissioning activities and the generation of all Completion Dossiers from Ready for Commissioning to Handover of the various Completion Packages
Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field with experience in construction and commissioning of high and medium voltage industrial infrastructure
4 + years of directly related experience with an average experience ranging from 6 – 10 years
Mid-scale and mega projects experience in oil & gas industry and alternative energy sector
Proven construction and commissioning management coordination
Working with multidiscipline team environment
Industrial gas systems experience highly preferred
Decarbonization – Energy Transition – Sustainability
