As a Senior Accountant, you will be focused on purchase price accounting and be a primary contact, working with the M& A team as well as with external parties, ensuring top-notch client service that exceeds expectations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline integration processes and prepare essential financial documents such as Opening Balance Journal entries and Purchase Price Allocations.
· Dive deep into due diligence, conducting meticulous financial analysis and modeling using cutting-edge techniques.
· Partnering with External Business Valuations Team and External Auditors, you'll craft comprehensive reports for significant acquisitions.
· Your expertise will shine as you determine fair values, ensure accounting compliance, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements - Able to manage time well
Experience with ERP systems
3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus
Annual Financial Reporting experience
Adeptness in financial reconciliation
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Foundational knowledge in journal entries
Deep understanding of financial statement preparation
Accruals experience highly desired
Command of Monthly Financial Statements
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines
Exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
