Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the Construction/Contractor industry. The role is based in GREELEY, Colorado, 80631-2311, United States. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing hiring processes, conducting background checks, and maintaining accurate documentation. Your role will also involve utilizing Microsoft Excel, providing excellent customer service, and applying your knowledge of corporate recruiting in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the hiring process including job posting, candidate screening, and conducting interviews

• Conduct comprehensive background checks as part of the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes

• Provide high-quality customer service to candidates and internal teams

• Apply knowledge of corporate recruiting in the construction industry to attract and retain talent

• Collaborate with the team to determine recruitment needs and requirements

• Develop and implement strategies to source potential candidates

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR policies and procedures

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Recruiter role, preferably within the Construction/Contractor industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proven track record of successfully conducting background checks

• Excellent documentation skills

• Knowledge and understanding of hiring processes in the construction industry

• Experience in corporate recruiting

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
