This position is responsible for engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities associated with areas within their assigned function (e.g. UNIX, Windows, Network Management, Middleware, Mainframe), with the majority of time spent on design, development and analysis activities. Performs complex tasks relating to assigned areas including small to large projects, software and hardware installation and configuration, problem resolution and performance tuning.

This position is responsible for engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities associated with Microsoft 365 communication and collaboration applications with hybrid Exchange. Most time is spent on design, development, and analysis activities and complex tasks relating to Microsoft 365 communication tools including small to large projects, software installation and configuration, problem resolution and performance tuning.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the technical product owner for Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, and Copilot Studio (PVA).

  • Work with Technical Product Manager, Enterprise Architecture, and customers to enable new capabilities and implement best practices and governance for these platforms.

  • Participate in on call rotation, as required.

  • Minimize productivity loss caused by technology outages and provide necessary monitoring and proactive action to enhance security, automation and to meet business needs.

  • Keep abreast of technical aspects of the communication platform environment.

  • Attend conferences and other educational opportunities, seeks out insight and on-the-job training from senior engineers and other internal and external resources.

  • Work with multiple managed-service providers both for completion of daily duties as well as troubleshooting support issues.

  • Perform activities in accordance with standards, guidelines, and processes including planning support for individual technical projects, both waterfall and agile.

What You Bring With You (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration of: Teams, Copilot (formerly PVA), Exchange hybrid, Loop and Viva.

  • Certifications related to Microsoft 365 Administration and Exchange Administration a plus.

  • Familiarity with security applications that interact with Exchange.

  • Experience with Outlook and Exchange plugins and integrations.

  • Experience delivering small to large projects in a cross functional environment.

  • Ability to work in an agile environment including planning, user story creation, and maintaining status of cards.

  • Strong technical and non-technical communication skills.
