Hybrid Schedule offered: Monday-Wednesday in-office, Thursday-Friday flexible/remote days.

As the Integrated Media Planning Manager, you will build and lead a team of media planners to drive the creation of data-driven media plans, as well as fostering a strong relationship with our agency partner to collaborate on media planning and activation. Your primary focus will be on providing strategic guidance, fostering a culture of innovation, and leveraging data insights to maximize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop comprehensive integrated media plans that seamlessly blend traditional and digital channels, ensuring a holistic approach to reaching the target audience.

  • Utilize consumer insights and performance data to inform media planning decisions and identify strategic opportunities for campaign success.

  • Continuously analyze and interpret campaign performance data, identifying trends and insights that inform real-time adjustments to optimize media plans.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of media planners, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Act as the main point of contact for external agency partner. Forge a strategic agency partnership by seamlessly integrating processes to ensure a unified approach to media planning and execution.

  • Collaborate closely with the agency to craft and refine media plans, leveraging shared insights and expertise to create impactful strategies aligned with partner objectives.

  • Partner closely with the Ad Product Manager and IT teams to drive innovation by developing cutting-edge capabilities in advertising, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and features into media plans for enhanced campaign effectiveness.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing existing media planning tools, such as Prisma, and the ability to contribute to the development of new planning tools, empowering the team to maximize campaign performance, scale operations efficiently, and stay at the forefront of industry advancements.

What You'll Bring With You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in integrated media planning, with a focus on retail or e-commerce.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of media channels, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics tools to inform decision-making.

  • Strong project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
