• Career Coaching- Utilize NCTC Coaching methodology in all student outreach and communication with targeted grant population. Facilitates individual career development and coaching sessions with students/clients by assessing their needs, skills, and goals using NCTC Success Coaching methodology in order to determine how to best assist them with their career goals, development needs, and pathway progression.
• Data Reporting- Complete weekly and monthly reports that demonstrate progress towards grant deliverables, objectives and department goals, including but not limited to: career development and exploration activities, student engagement strategies, and guided pathway progression/completion.
• Create Canvas course for divisional training module template to incorporate student engagement to support and meet grant deliverables
• Prepare and conduct In-Service and distance education training sessions for faculty and staff when necessary to meet grant deliverables.
• Communication from students and faculty in order to resolve problems concerning Canvas and additional related online course software related to grant deliverables.
• Update website for online procedures and FAQs for accuracy or latest information with regards to Canvas, related software to meet grant deliverables.
• Create new faculty/staff accounts in Canvas to meet grant course deliverables.
• Assist with the development and format of computer-based tutorials and instructional guides for faculty, staff to meet grant deliverables.
• Research technology products and supplies to enhance eLearning for support grant deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change based on the needs of the department and the institution.
