TEKsystems Technical Support Analyst in Franklin, Wisconsin

Summary of Position: As a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in a contact center, providing technical assistance to users. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting remote hardware, custom and commercial software, and connectivity issues. You’ll engage with users via phone and chat, utilizing remote access software. The scope of support encompasses Windows 10/11, Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and various in-house, commercial, and mobile applications.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, requests, and questions from over 20,000 supported staff. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will measure your success, including adherence to schedules, first contact resolution, quality, and customer service. Expect to spend nearly 100% of your day handling customer interactions during assigned shifts.

  • Training Details

  • Initial training period of 7 weeks (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday).

  • Permanent shifts commence after completing training.

  • Details of Position:

  • 18-month contract.

  • Shift Needs: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekends.

  • Specific hours communicated during offer extension (availability restrictions must be provided before the initial interview).

  • Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute recommended.

  • Experience with MS Office and Outlook support.

  • Advanced knowledge of computer and mobile device hardware/software troubleshooting.

  • Strong customer service skills, both verbally and in writing, across different levels.
