We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digitalization Lead to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. As the Digitalization Lead, you will assist with developing and executing strategies to leverage digital technologies and processes across the apparatus operation’s organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions, identify new opportunities for digitalization, and enhance efficiency. As the digital lead you will work closely with the apparatus operation’s automation team to rapidly deploy emerging technologies.

You will make an impact by:

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of a comprehensive digitalization strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

  • Evaluating emerging technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.

  • Collaborating with cross functional teams in the selection and integration of digital platforms, software, and solutions.

  • Leading change management efforts to drive digital transformation across the organization.

  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and digital fluency.

  • Leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.

  • Driving data-driven initiatives to improve performance and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across sites to understand business needs, gather requirements, and prioritize digitalization efforts.

  • Fostering strong partnerships to ensure alignment and support for digital initiatives.

  • Managing roadmap initiatives to ensure timely implementations.

  • Providing guidance and support to empower teams to effectively leverage digital tools and technologies.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5 plus years’ experience in a leadership role driving digital transformation initiatives within a matrixed organization.

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, AI/machine learning, IoT, and automation.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering results.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital strategy development, technology evaluation, and project management.

  • Change management expertise, with the ability to drive cultural and organizational change.

  • Certifications in relevant areas such as project management (PMP), agile methodologies, or digital transformation are a plus.

  • Experience with data governance frameworks and practices.

  • The pay range for this position is $98,980 - $169,680 and comes with a 10% annual bonus. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
