Robert Half Finance and Accounting is hiring a Budget Director in the Front Range of Colorado. In this role, you will implement and monitor budget plans, collaborate with executive leaders for budgetary priorities, prepare financial reports, and provide insights based on financial trends. This role also involves maintaining reforecasts and budgets, and allocating resources effectively to support both operational needs and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive budget plans, forecasts, and financial strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives

• Collaborate with executive leaders and finance team to establish budgetary priorities, goals, and targets

• Monitor budget performance of entities and financial metrics to track expenditures, revenue projections, and variances

• Implement budget controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal guidelines

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, such as forecasts and multi-year budgets to support decision-making and strategic planning

• Provide insights and recommendations to Finance based on financial trends, performance indicators, and budgetary implications

• Maintain reforecast and budgets, collaborating with department leaders

• Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to support operational needs and strategic initiatives

• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for accounting functions and budget processes

• Maintain accurate documentation of expenditure and expense reporting.

Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Expertise in various Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Excellent Documentation skills

• Ability to manage Expenditure efficiently

• Experience in Expense Reporting

• Knowledge of Annual Operating Budget management

• Understanding of Budget Constraints

• Experience in Budget Monitoring

• Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting.
