Construction Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Duties:

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents

• Utilize software such as Dash, Xactimate, Excel, and Word

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints

• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations

• Manage project budgets and financials, including tracking expenses and preparing cost estimates

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction processes

• Proficiency in software such as Excel, Word

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage teams

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
