Description:

As part of a $40 Million bond they are building a new early child care facility, renovating elementary, and adding an activity center. First responsibilities will be site development, set up laydown areas, temporary power, and other associated items.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the project in the field

• Sets up Job Site Office

• Maintains Relationship with Owner

• Supervises and Coordinates Contractors

• Builds and Manages the Schedule

• Ensures Delivery of Long lead items

• Runs Progress Meetings Authors Minutes

• Responsible for Daily Operations/Daily Reports

• Resolves issues in the Field/Manages RFI's

• Reviews and Approves Pay Apps

• Ensures Completion on Time on Budget
