Description:

Our client has a gap in their current superintendent roles. The client refers to this position internally as Site Manager. They are starting the site work and development. As part of a $40 Million bond they are building a new early child care facility, renovating elementary, and adding an activity center. First responsibilities will be site development, set up laydown areas, temporary power, and other associated items.

Job responsibilities:

Lead the project in the field

Sets up Job Site Office

Maintains Relationship with Owner

Supervises and Coordinates Contractors

Builds and Manages the Schedule

Ensures Delivery of Long lead items

Runs Progress Meetings Authors Minutes

Responsible for Daily Operations/Daily Reports

Resolves issues in the Field/Manages RFI's

Reviews and Approves Pay Apps

Ensures Completion on Time on Budget
