TEKsystems Desktop Administrator in Elkhorn, Wisconsin

Description:

The Desktop Administrator is responsible for providing high-level support for end user software applications and computer systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work as an endpoint application administrator including deployment and support of applications and endpoints like InTune and SCCM.

  • Provide guidance to desktop support technicians to troubleshoot desktops, mobile devices, and laptops including desktop software, OS software, and peripherals.

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot devices and peripherals

  • Assist with desktop planning, implementation, installation, monitoring, and maintenance.

  • Perform end user administration for an IP based phone system.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in IT related field required with minimum of three (3) years total experience working with Microsoft operating systems, platforms, databases, SCCM and scripting tools. Minimum of three (3) years experience with the installation and support of desktop computing equipment and software. Sufficient training and experience to troubleshoot complex client desktop or laptop problems related to applications and operating systems.

This is an onsite position in Elkhorn, WI.
