Senior Engineer needed in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Responsible for creating operational insights for telecom network related data from Fuze and integrate with other data source to identify revenue growth/cost optimization/operational efficiency opportunities. Interpret data and define new KPIs for data analysis from multiple sources. Use data visualization and other data-gathering methods to either provide internal strategic direction or guide decisions for other teams for new tower builds, OFS analysis, Fallout analysis, compliance and usage adoption. Work on acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and preserve the data integrity of these sources using SQL, Python and other analytical tool. Create powerful data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker. Create and deliver executive level presentations to client including data summaries and visualizations and improve on reporting efficiencies. Test and validate all the analysis and Tableau visualizations. Work on Ad-hoc analysis driven by leadership requests. Work with client business and IT stakeholders to define problem statement and success parameters. Recommend new features and enhancements based on analysis. Involve in regular reviews with client for projects allotted and identify defect areas and proactively carry out corrective actions. Craft technical artifacts and presentations to enable decision making for business, IT and product stakeholders. Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field plus two (2) years of IT experience. Two (2) years of IT experience must include experience in Tableau or Python. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience. Two (2) years of the five (5) years of progressive experience must include experience with Tableau or Python. We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation may be required.
