Design, develop and manage the chip/integrated circuit cards (IC & ICC) production system. Evaluate and develop new IC & ICC production methods, identify critical points and specific parameters. Determine quality of production processes, process specifications, critical process parameters and limits. Manage changes in CQM components and IC & ICC technologies. Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, 1 year experience or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience.
