FirstService Residential HR Operations Intern in Eatontown, New Jersey

Job Overview:

As an HR OperationsInternyou’llbe responsible forassistingtheHR managementteam with recruitment,maintainingemployee records,assistingwith payroll processing, and providing administrative support.

This program runs from June 11 th through August 16 th and will be a full time, in-office paid internship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provideexceptionallevel of service to our associates by answering questions, respondingquicklyand following up on information needed.
  • Maintain and electronically file Personnel Files.
  • Complete I9’s via E-Verify system on new hire start dates.
  • Responsible for full on-boarding of new associates including tax forms, I9 eligibility and compliance, collecting new hire paperwork,submittingIT ticket setup requests, and sending

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College Student entering their Junior or Senior year with a focus inHuman Resources or General Business
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.

Compensation:

$18.00/hour
