Description: The Performance and Agility Office within IT is seeking a talented Technology Consultant I to join our team at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. This Technology Consultant I will play a key role in executing our project, portfolio, and work management solutions strategy. This includes implementing enhanced capabilities and supporting the ongoing administration of our existing solutions. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Design, develop/configure, test, implement, and maintain PPM solution capabilities, data and reports. * Provide technical consultation on projects, solution implementations, version upgrades, and enhancements. * Foster relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs. * De?ne, prioritize, and execute technology roadmap. * Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to project vs. product operating models. * Prepare and present to a variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership. Specific Requirements: * Advanced working experience with Planview, including tool configuration, data schema/reporting features and administration of the following products: * Planview Portfolios (formerly Enterprise One) * Planview AgilePlace (formerly LeanKit) * ProjectPlace * Experience with managing software version upgrades/releases/hotfixes, including testing. * Experience with creating scripted dialogs, lifecycles, and configured screens. * Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other related business intelligence reporting tools. * Ability to write complex queries using SQL Server. * Experience with managing data integrating between systems. * Knowledge of Atlassian Jira is a plus. * Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is a plus. * Ability to interface with customers and provide technical support. * Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred. Interface with users and IT teams to evaluate possible implementation of new or enhanced technology in the organization, consistent with the goal of improving existing systems and technologies and in meeting the needs of the business. Provide technical expertise across business and IT functions. Partner with leadership to define and communicate long-term technology strategy and planning for a specific area. Participate with business relationship managers and business leads to understand business requirements and help them understand how technology tradeoffs influence strategy. Drive technology improvements. Make recommendations and influence long-term technology decisions and planning for multiple business units. Assist in the definition of the architecture and technology needs of the organization based on new and emerging technologies, and establish priorities and strategies consistent with business goals and economic viability. Consult in the development and analysis of source selection strategies. Recommend and incorporate technology with long-term business plans. Consult in the development of responses to customer requests and proposals as needed. Consult on the technical aspects of strategic projects/programs. Provide technical guidance to customers and internal IT staff in the design and development of fully integrated technology solutions.
