Pay Range $80,400.00-$120,600.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. The purpose of the Business Information and Pricing Specialist's role is to create high quality data to support the SAP order entry, billing, and subsequent business reporting functions. The position's areas of responsibility is focused on SAP Material Master records. The role exercises oversight of material approval processes, creates materials in SAP, and advises proper usage of material master data throughout the business unit. Under general direction, this role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements as it relates to material master data, communicate to impacted users, ensure user adoption and identify corrective actions if necessary. Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data and recommends methods to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise. This position can be based out of Littleton, CO or Defiance, OH. We do follow a hybrid work schedule which is 3 days in office and 2 days work from home. Anticipated deadline to apply: 3/01/24. What You Bring to the Team: Create and maintain new IS Finished Goods, Trading Goods and Semi-Finished goods as required Manage material master data for the IS Big Box channel in various systems Manage Material request process for all MM stakeholders across the division Facilitate mass material master requests using Winshuttle Create and maintain Winshuttle scripts to manage material master records and associated data; BOM, Routes and Production Versions. Measure end-to-end process time for master data updates and drive adherence to set service levels Provide data extracts and analysis reporting to business users as required Develop and analyze data quality reports and prescribe corrective actions as required Communicate with Data Stakeholders on importance of high-quality master data May be required to perform other related duties as assigned Your Day-to-Day: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years ERP Master data experience, SAP preferred. Strong accuracy and attention to detail (Expert) Demonstrated experience of ERP Sales and Distribution Modules, SAP Preferred.
