Description

The Senior Director of IT Operations will oversee all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of the systems and networks. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team of IT professionals, manage projects, and implement best practices to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.

• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of our IT systems and networks, ensuring uptime and performance.

• Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Ensure the security of our IT systems and networks, including implementing best practices and protocols.

• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.

• Stay current with developments in IT and recommend new technologies and approaches to improve our IT operations.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• years of experience in IT operations, with 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security.

• Experience managing IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation..
