ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:Televisa Univision in Dallas is looking for a Revenue Coordinator responsible for providing confidential, high-level assistance to the sales and Finance teams. The Revenue Coordinator will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks. Individual must be creative with high work ethic and enjoy working in a results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

• Function as a local point for Finance Deposits

• Creates, prepares, and distributes daily and weekly reports such as activity, pacing, new business, Account Executive budget reports for managers.

• Assist Account Executives with aging reports by reviewing and update information as needed.

• Assistant Account Executives with their respective Unapplied Lists to ensure monies are applied to the correct account and invoices get closed.

• Manage all WideOrbit Cash in Advance (CIA) orders for radio and TV by working closely with the credit department.

• File monthly co-op for applicable orders and enter transcribed scripts into VCreative as needed.

• Assist with client invoicing as requested.

• Remit payments for account executives.

• Work closely with the Collections department to get updates and follow up on accounts.

• Notarize co-op documents and any other documents as needed.

YOU HAVE:

• BA/BS or related finance experience required.

• Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks successfully; be organized; detail oriented; have demonstrated time management skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Customer service experience.

• Exposure to and/or experience with Excel, order entry systems and any other media research tools
