New Generation Mechanical is looking for a great addition to our team who is experienced in Commercial Construction Plumbing, overseeing and working alongside crews of 1-2 helpers, and possesses a Texas Journeyman plumbing license. This role comes with competitive pay (Base pay plus yearly bonus program) as well as company vehicle, Gas Card, iPhone, and iPad.

Plumbing Foreman- Position Summary:

Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of Plumbing components, subsystems and systems during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

Supervisory Functions:

The position directly supervises a crew of 1-2 Plumbing Apprentices and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training and directing work of crew members. Works in collaboration with Superintendent to train and coach crew members to maintain high work quality standards.

Required Education/ Experience/ License(s):

• High school diploma / GED
• Current Texas Plumbing Journeyman license
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Commercial Plumbing and running plumbing jobs or similar experience.
• Valid Driver's License required
