Global Data Conversion Specialist - JR2416612, JR2416611, JR2416608 & JR2416610

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Global Data Conversion Specialist , and as part of the Connect PPG program you will work with: * Business process owners * Site data experts * Global process owners * IT data conversion experts

in coordinating data conversion, cleansing and migration activities across all businesses and regions. Positions available are related to multiple process areas, such as Schedule to Manufacture, Order to Cash, Finance, Warehouse & Transportation Management, Procure to Pay.

As a Master Data Management Specialist coupled with Project Management Skill s , you will provide expertise and guidance on the specific domains to ensure all data conversion activities are executed on quality, on time and in full according to the key milestones of the project plan.

You will report into the Global Data Readiness Lead, S/4 Transformation.

Key Responsibilities: * Develop a complete understanding of the data model for the relevant domain and how it affects end to end processes across all functional areas. * Ensure all data conversion activities are listed, communicated, processed according to plan. Report progress to Project Management Office. * Support S/4 implementation team in developing, validating, and implementing business specific use cases and test scripts related to the relevant domain. * Understand SAP S/4 system capabilities for the specific process area. * Lead and coordinate data defect management, support testing by prioritizing issue resolution. * Data conversion coordination across multiple SBUs/regions/locations

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain management, engineering, data science, analytics or related data fields is required. * 8 to 10 years of validated experience with exposure in data management. * Previous ERP implementation experience on a global scale (SAP preferred). * Strong project management and coordination skills. * Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders. * MS Office * SQL and Syniti SKP knowledge are a plus.
