We are looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to join our Corvallis, Oregon team! You will be responsible for a variety of administrative/clerical support tasks in project, business, or technical unit. You will directly assist the Water Project Delivery team as well as the Corvallis Office team on a number of different projects and office administrative functions.

This position is full-time and will require you to be present in the Corvallis office during normal business hours. You must be able to work with minimal supervision, multitask effectively, use independent judgment, and have the initiative to take on new tasks and challenges. You will need to use experience-based judgment to evaluate situations and develop solutions and work with minimal oversight to achieve assignment and task outcomes and manage your own workload. Work may be complex, proprietary, and confidential; and requires strong administrative skills as well as excellent inter-personal skills. Some examples of daily work may include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Expense reports

  • Event coordination

  • Labor Corrections

  • Miscellaneous office needs:

  • Printing

  • Ordering catered meals based on event details.

  • General office support

  • Leadership Support

  • Staff Support

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • High school education or equivalent

  • 2 years of general office support

  • 2 years of professional work experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Previous experience with project support is preferred
