A growing national bank is looking to add a Sr Resource with full lifecycle Risk remediation experience to join the team in this C2H opportunity!

Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of Audit, Regulatory, Risk and Self-Identified Findings

• Collaborate with audit/business segment/segment risk to address issues with plausible action plans and target dates.

• Report regular status to the CISO, Sr Leadership and Management within Cyber Security and Infrastructure

• Build strong working relationships with key partners, Risk, Cyber Security, and IT areas outside of immediate team.

• Deliver timely escalation of all issues requiring attention to sr management.

• Manage simultaneous multiple complex tasks and to bring activities to closure within expected timelines.

• Perform risk-based evaluation and analysis in domains to identify issues and paths to remediation.

• Assist with the compilation of status reporting to Sr Management

• Engages with other teams to keep an up-to-date view on their objectives and activities

• Assist the team throughout the lifecycle of work to ensure alignment to business needs

• May lead initiatives, projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to form strong relationships

• Experience of IT service management principles

• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and self-directed to make decisions supported by thorough data analysis

• Working knowledge of recognized risk frameworks

• 3+ years of Risk or Audit experience in IT or Cyber Security

• 5+ years of experience in ITIL processes

• Agile experience (Kanban)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of risk management and audit principles

• Experience in using Archer or other Risk Management systems

• Experience using Azure Dev Ops or similar agile toolsets

• Risk certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC).

• Experience of cloud technologies
