PeopleTec is currently seeking a Mid-Level SATCOM Military Analyst to support our Peterson Air Force Base Colorado Springs, CO. The Mid- Level Military Operations Analyst will provide Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support for activities required in the effective implementation, management, and direction of the Operational Project Lead (OPL) activities required to implement Wideband SATCOM operations in accordance with agreements established by the WGS Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Extensive interaction with Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland and the United Kingdom is required. The WGS SME shall support all operational and technical related aspec Maintain a direct liaison with the U.S. Military Departments, Joint Staff, Defense Information Systems Agency, International Partners, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the users of SATCOM systems as directed to provide necessary support to the OPL responsibilities. Support the development of policy and procedures for the implementation of all operational aspects of the WGS Multilateral MOU. Develop, prepare, deliver, and present reports and briefing materials as directed for recurring and ad hoc meetings in support of the MOU. Attend and provide reports/meeting minutes on wideband meetings including, but not limited to, the Wideband Working Group, Technical Interchange Meetings, O-6 level Project Status Review and Operations Support Working Group, and the General Officer Steering Committee. Develop processes and procedures for providing situational awareness to each International Partner regarding its Baseline Resource Allocation (BRA) and system usage. Develop and manage Baseline Resource Allocation monitoring tools and reports. Track and report Satellite Access Request and Satellite Access Authorizations metrics. Provide document reviews, technical papers, point papers, Executive Summaries, written summations, General Officer one-pager briefs, SATCOM weekly activity reports, and significant activity reports. Assist the Government with preparation of the required billing statements and preparation of annual International Partner budget forecast. Assist in the development, implementation, and sustainment of a common network for secure information exchange. Maintain the WGS International Partner Operations Support Guide. Assist with coordination of training activities, Temporary Duty requirements, facility upgrades, security activities, situational awareness tools, certification activities, and testing activities in support of the MOU. Provide experience with various International Agreements types (Cooperative exchange agreements, Equal Value Exchange agreements, Joint Production agreements, Foreign Military Sales, etc.).

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience: Must have minimum of 12 years of Department of Defense experience. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SATCOM Principles, Technical Analysis, and Problem Solving. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Travel: 25 % Must be a U.S. Citizen An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Infomation (SCI) eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. It is preferred Midlevel systems analysts and mid level military operations analysts have 5+ years of experience in DOD SATCOM. It is preferred that senior level military operations analystsand the senior level systems analyst have a minimum 12 years of experience in DOD SATCOM.
