Requisition Summary The PACCAR Corporate IT Summer Intern will be part of a dynamic IT operations team responsiblefor installing, maintaining, and supporting PC and Server infrastructure. The internship will provide opportunity to gain professional work experience and contribute to a dynamic organization. Job Functions / Responsibilities Install, maintain, and support PCs, Servers and laptops. Identify and resolve complex technical problems involving hardware and software. Assist Customers with hardware and software problems and requests. Asset management including purchasing IT hardware, software, and equipment. Maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration. Support Software upgrade projects. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Self-motivation and energetic personality. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Currently enrolled, returning or recent college graduate. Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to independently conduct research on IT issues, and resolve issues as needed. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Entry Level knowledge of Desktop Support and Administrator experience preferred. Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
