As an Order Administrator with Italian , you will handle sales and purchase orders to provide the best possible support and logistics for both internal and external customers. The position will act as the interface between internal customers and factories.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensure on-time and complete entering of orders in the ERP system.

• Keep in touch with sales offices about any queries regarding ongoing orders.

• Accurately maintain and update business systems (CRM, Oracle, OCM etc.).

• Generate order acknowledgments.

• Conduct data management activities.

Who You Are:

You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University Degree.

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.

• English and Italian language proficiency (read/written/spoken).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience working in a matrix organization.

• Other European languages.
