Job Description:

Title:Senior IT Developer Location:onsite Cleveland OH 3 days a week Direct Hire Apex Systems is supporting a fortune 200 company out of Cleveland Ohio with a Senior IT Developer role.This particular role leverages primarily Java-based technologies, however the incumbent should be knowledgeable in other full stack technologies sufficient to serve on UX or Persistence-oriented development teams. Development responsibilities will encompass new logic/features, enhancements, and bug fixes/support. This position will also be involved in continuous deployment activities such as tagging, promoting, and building. Eduction Requuirements -Formal Education & Certification Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics) or equivalent experience. Must Haves-5+ years of IT experience.-5+ years of experience working with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS3.-5+ years of experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React, and Node.js-5+ years of experience working with Java, JEE, JAX-RS, Spring Boot, ORM, Object-oriented design techniques, and common design patterns. Nice to Haves-Experience working with Microservices, Cloud-Native architecture.-Experience with API and Event-driven systems.-Experience with command line git and GitHub.-Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud, and automation.-Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.-Experience with DevOps and Agile engineering practices.-Experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures to Oracle databases
