Job Type Full-time Exemption Type Non-Exempt Location CLEVELAND, OH - Fairview Park, OH 44126 US (Primary) Category Entry Level Professional Travel 25% Job Description ORC is seeking a full-time, non-exempt, entry-level Right of Way Agent to work on projects based out of Ohio. The selected candidate must reside within a 100-mile radius of Fairview Park, OH, and will have the flexibility to work from their home office, but must report to the Cleveland, OH office as requested. The selected candidate can expect to travel locally and throughout the state about 25% of the time based on project requirements. We'll provide on the job training, and we're more interested in your potential than just your past experience. What you will be doing: As a Right of Way Agent, you will provide land acquisition and relocation services, per project guidelinesand regulations, for federally funded road projects throughout the right-of-way project lifecycle in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. This includes preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way and/or relocations. You will be responsible for performinggeneral administrativework including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions. We are looking for someone who: Manages deadlines and prioritizeseffectively. Has a responsible and organized approach to work.
