Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 Job Description Responsible for KeyBank's critical infrastructure servicing the Data Supply Chain and Analytics Tools including Ab Initio, SAS, BigSQL, BigQuery, Cognos, MicroStrategy. This role provides leadership to a team of skilled engineers focused on platform health, stability, security and process improvement for engineering and production support. Lead and influence the design, delivery, automation, and 24/7 production support of the infrastructure services and solutions, lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationship Governs and drives solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability of supported systems and client experience impacts for domain and applications Recommends and drives improvements to advance our overall data program infrastructure Helps drive strategies for building and delivery infrastructure in a more effective and cost efficient way Responsible to maintaining documentation and operational process to deliver improved monitoring, resiliency and high availability Maintains strong relationship with data domain partners, along with line of business Helps support cloud migration activities Builds and maintains a talent pipeline Description The Enterprise Data Infrastructure and Analytics manager will lead a team of talented and highly motivated engineers to strengthen our infrastructure support of KeyBank's data and analytics program. This individual will work to drive out stability, build a talent pipeline, ensure the stability and security of our Enterprise Data and Analytics platforms and help drive modernization of our overall infrastructure program as we migrate to the cloud Experience Experience in managing local and remote teams Experience and excellent understanding of ETL and Analytics Experience with public cloud provides such as Google Cloud Platform Understanding of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform Ability to establish critical operational metrics and drive improvement opportunities Experienced vendor management relationships Experience leading teams that provide 24/7 production support. Responsibilities Manage 24/7 production support teams, overall health, stability, security and process improvement for infrastructure supporting Ab Initio, SAS, BigSQL, BigQuery, Cognos, Microstrategy Manage a team of onshore and offshore individuals Help drive migration activities around cloud migration and upgrade efforts are in place Provide strong technical leadership and direction to help drive improvement opportunities and problem resolution. Establish strong relationship with senior leadership in KeyBank's data program and analytic space Build talent pipeline to help attract talent Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field Experience in a similar role Strong technical leadership Excellent communication skills Ability to build strong professional relationships with partners Excellent interpersonal, written, oral and motivational skills #LI-Remote COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $140,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
