Job Summary: As an Analyst with Company, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing employer healthcare financing. Collaborating closely with broker partners, you'll analyze Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) Requests for Analysis (RFAs) and develop compliant, budget-aligned solutions for prospective employer groups. Conducting financial modeling and delivering engaging presentations, you'll drive the adoption of ICHRA's while staying abreast of industry trends and regulations. Join us in simplifying health insurance choices and delivering exceptional service to employers and employees alike.

 

A Day in The Life

  • Collaborate with broker partners on RFAs, analyzing prospective employer groups' needs, and providing expert guidance on the implementation of ICHRA.
  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making, ensuring that proposed solutions are both financially viable and aligned with clients' objectives.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product presentations and demos to broker partners and employers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our ezICHRA Platform to facilitate adoption.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, including the ezICHRA Enrollment Platform Developers and leadership, to provide feedback on system improvements and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, attending conferences and participating in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from broker partners and employers to ensure a seamless experience throughout the implementation and utilization of ICHRA.

     

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, math, analytics or related field.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to meetings and conferences.
  • Knowledge about health insurance and/or brokerage industry, including regulatory knowledge a plus
