Insight Global Field Support Technician in Cleveland, Ohio

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Field Support Technician for one of our clients who is in the field of education management. Our client is a growing leader in the education space, operating schools and educational programs around the world that span the life of a student from early learning to higher education. We need someone who has reliable transportation and is comfortable working onsite 5 days a week in the Cleveland, OH area. This will be a direct hire opportunity.

As a Field Support Technician, you will be supporting multiple schools and a corporate office. About 80% of your time will be dedicated to various schools and providing support for them, the other 20% of the time will be dedicated to helping our clients corporate office. In this role there will be some travel required to schools in the surrounding Cleveland area. The support you will be giving is to students, teachers, faculty, and staff.

The support tickets will include, troubleshooting and maintaining smartboards, electronic whiteboards, projectors, printers, etc. We are looking for someone who has experience providing technical support in a school setting as you will be troubleshooting varies IT hardware and software found in a school setting.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Windows support

  • Experience working in a school environment

  • Technical support experience with Electronic White Boards, Smartboards, projectors, etc.

  • Chromebook troubleshooting experience

  • Reliable transportation - Experience with Intune or Exchange

  • Azure Experience null
