You Are:

As a member of Accenture’s healthcare team, you’ll be part of a team of health advisory professionals. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver leading edge Medicare and Commercial strategy and operations capabilities to our clients.

The Work:

As a HealthRules Payer Configuration Leader, your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Lead the overall Configuration design and development of the HealthRules Payer product solution across client, business, technology and compliance perspectives.

  • Oversee day-to-day Configuration activities.

  • Understand changes in healthcare regulations proactively with our compliance partners and maintain configuration as required to maintain compliance.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Configuration functions.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting or exceeding service level agreements.

    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

    Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HealthRules Payer configuration, with a strong background in Medicare Advantage plans and Claims Administration.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with health insurance processes, including claims processing, enrollment, benefits and provider management.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading configuration efforts for large-scale system implementations or upgrades.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional, global teams.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

    Bonus points if:

  • Proficiency in managing multiple complex customizations client arrangements

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resource plans.

  • Experienced a leadership role in a diverse, fast paced, highly matrixed environment

  • Experience in Market Prominence, Availity, Zipari or PaySpan/Zelis.

  • Experience migrating a plan to a new technology platform.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. California $93,400 to $224,600

Colorado $93,400 to $194,100

New York $86,500 to $224,600

Washington $99,500 to $206,700
