Work You'll Do Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. • 50% Travel required nationally. • Telecommuting permitted. • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Utilizing Atlassian Jira, Jira Align and Agile Methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe 4.1 to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Healthcare industries; • Designing sub-components of larger systems, integrating applications with each other, and continuously optimizing system structure, utilizing SOA and three tier architecture of systems; • Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress utilizing MS Project, Jira Align, Jira, Timeline, Teamweek, and Confluence; • Working across all phases of the Software and System lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement integration, migration, and enhancements for enterprise-level clients; • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools including Jira, Rally, and VersionOne; • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Project and Confluence; • Utilizing Selenium, LoadRunner, RTM, and Postman to support Functional and API testing including Load, Stress, and Regression testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions; and • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
