Job Overview Assist in the management of a respective trade and perform master trade work. Essential Functions Serve as a working craftsperson. Act as lead worker as required. Serve as a working assistant. Perform duties of supervisor in his/her absence. Independently make crew level or "how to" decisions regarding work performed. Order supplies/equipment with supervisor's approval. Conduct on-the-job training. May be responsible for maintaining shop files. Perform related duties based on departmental need.
