Camping World Project Manager, Loyalty Operations in Chicago, Illinois

Good Sam Enterprises is seeking a Project Manager, Loyalty Operations to assist in the management and growth of the Enterprise's multi-tender loyalty program. Reporting to the Director of Loyalty Operations, the Project Manager will be assisting with the planning and execution of the loyalty strategy and required technology integrations to support all divisions within Camping World Holdings.

This role will require strong communication, project management, and leadership skills to integrate with all departments and drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring project completion and timely updates to business leaders.

Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Planning

  • Assist the Director of Loyalty Operations and the Director of Credit Card & Payments in strategizing and executing the roadmap for enterprise gamification and engagement based tier structure, focusing on system and sales channel integrations

  • Implement robust project management methodologies to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of loyalty program initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and loyalty program leaders to align loyalty program objectives and roadmaps with overall business goals

Technology Integration

  • Support the Director of Loyalty Operations, marketing, analytics, and IT teams in identifying required technology integrations, delivering & driving the project roadmaps

  • Partner with technology leaders to oversee the integration of technology solutions that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall operations of the Loyalty Program.

  • Manage external technology vendors, like Marigold-Loyalty, to execute system development required for program enhancement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for IT, analytics, marketing and other teams involved in loyalty program operations

  • Deliver executive and stakeholder readouts for updates and program economy reports and upcoming projects

Performance Measurement, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

  • Work with the Director of Loyalty Operations to identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement initiatives based on insights from program performance, member feedback, and business goals

  • Generate project-based and quarterly reports, identifying areas of opportunity and integrations

Requirements

  • Hybrid Role; ability to commute to the Chicago, IL office 30-50% of the time

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Marketing, Management, etc.)

  • 3 plus of relevant experience (Marketing, Project Management, Biz Dev, Operations, etc.)

  • Proven track record executing long-term KPIs at a large enterprise

  • Demonstrated experience in executing cross-functional projects with 12-24 month roadmaps

  • Exceptional communication and intrapersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and escalate roadblocks in a timely manner.

  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills

  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range:

$59,745.00-$89,670.00 Annual
