Manager of Auction Product and Operations
Job Summary:
Camping World is seeking an experienced Manager of Auction Product and Operations to lead the end-to-end strategy and development of our company's newly launched auction product. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader and strategic thinker with operations experience in the digital auction space. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire auctions experience, from ideation to execution, collaborating with cross functional teams to streamline operations and enhance our product offering, accelerating Camping World’s growth in this space at a rapid pace.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs to drive growth
Define product requirements and specifications based on market trends, user research, feedback, and business objectives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless functioning of all Auctions operations and drive efficiency improvements
Monitor and report onkey performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital operations and implement strategies to optimize performance and enhance user experience
Lead cross-functional enhancements to implement new digital solutions and enhancements, from concept to execution
Define and prioritize features, user stories, and backlog items, and ensure that they are communicated effectively to the development team
Create a feedback loop to analyze performance and user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to improve product functionality, usability, and adoption
Manage the product release cycle, including planning, testing, and deployment
Develop pricing strategies and revenue models, and collaborate with the marketing team on go-to-market plans
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share insights with the team and stakeholders
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to drive projects forward independently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a digital product manager, with a proven track record of successful product launches and management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into product enhancements
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
Knowledge of digital technologies, including web and mobile platforms, APIs, and data analytics
Familiarity with design thinking principles and user-centered design methodologies
Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and other research methods
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget

Pay Range:
$103,200.00-$154,800.00 Annual
