Creating original and compelling content for e-newsletters, the Carroll School homepage, and other channels. This includes writing journalistic articles for both our print publication Carroll Capital and online-only formats; the content is geared to a wide-ranging audience of alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, and friends as well as business school leaders internationally.

Coordinating social media; researching, writing, and editing daily posts; creating calendars for each social channel as well as interactive campaigns for the different channels. Developing, updating, and project-managing brochures, fact sheets, and other marketing collateral. Collecting and analyzing metrics for all digital communications, and making optimizations on the basis of these analyses. Managing relationships with School/University partners and counterparts, including University Communications and University Advancement.
