TEKsystems Technical Support Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description:

The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for 1st/2nd and even 3rd level troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on a wide variety of installed software and hardware. The technical support lead provides consultation, training, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to all our client's internal internal/external users. This position has capacity to move into a Lead role in the IT Organization.
