Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Job Summary

Join our team as a proactive professional, driving efficiencies and enhancing customer relationships by formulating innovative methodologies and identifying growth opportunities. You'll facilitate cross-functional activities and address operational and technical issues. This is a hybrid role of analytical dashboards / analytics to leverage insights into actionable outcomes for financial growth and management of 1-2 small accounts with oversight by Account Management leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate new methodologies to drive efficiencies in reporting and analysis

• Utilize support tools to identify opportunities to increase program participation

• Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance business opportunities

• Facilitate cross functional activities to help ensure customer satisfaction and program growth

• Supports customers in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management support or customer success; Distribution and/or Foodservice experience preferred

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Project Management skills / experience

• Detail-oriented and analytical problem- solving skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot, Word & PowerPoint required

• Ability to travel up to 10%
