Ghostrock, LLC., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Contracting company, is actively looking for a Management Analyst in North Charleston, SC.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of program management artifacts such as OBS, WBS, Org Charts, Task Books, etc.

• Development and maintenance of project management plans

• Development and maintenance of risk management plans

• Soliciting risk elements, working with stakeholders to capture mitigation plans, and maintaining risk registers

• Assist with monitoring the activities of a cross functional team to ensure successful completion of projects

• Assist with the analysis of capital path and resource requirements

• Analyze project artifacts and other relevant data to document lessons learned

• Create Integrated Master Schedules, maintain multiple schedules, and analyze schedule conflicts

• Effectively assist in the development and maintenance of a Communication Plan, stakeholder registry and communication tracking

• Effectively assist in the development of SOPs by creating, charting and running Technical Working Groups with process stakeholders

• Effectively utilize PMBOK principles and how they are applied to support a software development lifecycle

• Effectively utilize CPI models such as CMMI, ITIL, and ISO in order to help identify process improvement opportunities

Position Requirements:

• US Citizen

• Active Secret Clearance is required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business

• Six (6) years of related analytical experience

• Familiar with PMBOK and CPI models

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project and Visio

• Previous experience working with NIWC is preferred

• Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
