Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Chandler, AZ.

Job Role and Responsibility: Work with Message Gateway, providing technical guidance and consultation with application teams, clients, engineering and development team. Collaborate with architecture team on strategy and design. Work closely with Application Manager, Product Owner and Business Analyst to understand requirements and translate them in robust working code. Partner with Senior Software Engineer to direct the gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets. Understand application composition along with the impact in order to be accountable for the all engineering aspects including, upgrades and deployments from engineering / implementation perspective. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Develop detailed design documentation and departmental technical procedures. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain. Create technical stories for the requested effort. Work closely with Scrum Master and actively participates in Agile ceremonies. Telecommuting is permitted up to 3 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related technical field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation involving software engineering experience.

•5 years of Experience with Java;

•5 years of Experience with Microservices;

•5 years of Experience with REST;

•5 years of Experience with Splunk;

•5 years of Experience with Swift;

•5 years of Experience with Apache;

•5 years of Experience with Kafka; and

•2 years of Experience with Volante Volpay and Designer.
